Our purpose
We transform unemployed qualified youth by providing a platform for pivotal skills development and in collaboration with our clients, workplace experiential learning, thereby enabling future careers.
Our learning solutions are crafted with the added purposes of assisting corporates in achieving both their SDL expenditures all the while achieving maximum B-BBEE scoring. One of the primary visions of the Afrizan Academy is to enhance the employability of the South African youth upskilling them with scarce skills the South African market is in dire need of.

The Afrizan Academy is a level 1 B-BBEE entity with 51% black ownership and 32.4% black female ownership. We are accredited with the SETA’s to provide bespoke learning solutions. With our Head Office being based in Johannesburg and a branch in Cape Town, we are able to service South Africa nationally.
